Payrolls

We provide a fixed fee payroll service for over 100 clients; our payroll team will be on hand to help with all payroll related queries and will do their best to assist with other employment related matters.

Our flexible service can be tailored to your specific requirements.

• Weekly, monthly, fortnightly or four-weekly.
• We can post payslips to you, direct to your employees* or provide them by email.
• You can choose the payday and the method by which you will inform us of hours and rates.
• Payroll reports are tailored to suit you; you decide what you want to see.
• You can make the payments to your employees or we can do it for you*.

Our fees, which include the end-of year return, are;

• Monthly and four-weekly payrolls: £40 per month plus vat
• Weekly and fortnightly payrolls: £25 per pay-run plus vat

We do not charge extra for payroll set-up, leavers and joiners. Our payroll charges cover up to 8 active employees per pay run, additional employees charged at £4 monthly/£2 weekly.

Pension Auto Enrolment

When the time comes for you to auto-enrol, don’t worry we have plenty of experience with helping our clients through this process and offer a fully managed service. There is a fair bit of work involved in setting up your scheme for which we charge a fixed one-off fee as follows:

Then on-going, an auto-enrolment processing fee will be added to our payroll fee as set-out above, as follows:

• Monthly and four-weekly payrolls: £10 per month plus vat
• Weekly and fortnightly payrolls: £10 per pay-run plus vat

These charges cover up to 8 active employees per pay run, additional employees charged at £0.50 monthly/£0.50 weekly.
